I'm integrating Shopline Open API with a third-party order management system and encountering latency issues when updating order status. Currently, cyclical API polling is slow and resource-intensive.

I'm unsure if Shopline has any specific recommendations regarding webhooks, Among Us event triggers, or best practices for synchronizing order status in real-time or near-real-time.
