I’ve been helping a friend who runs a small service business, and one thing we keep circling back to is visibility. They do good work, but a lot of people nearby don’t even know they exist. I’m curious how much local exposure actually helps in practice. Does showing up in local listings or community searches really move the needle, or is it more about word of mouth in the end?
